Onboarding a new Processor or a goods or services Provider

To begin the process of onboarding a new Processor or a Provider for goods or services, and reviewing the relevant Agreement, please share with the Processor or Provider the relevant link from those listed below.

The process will only begin after the Processor/Provider completes the link form.

Please note that the Processor or Provider will need to upload the contract to the form for the legal team to review it. In case the Processor or Provider will not provide us with the agreement, please also complete the form entitled "Request - Issuance of a contract with a Processor or Supplier (only if the Processor or Provider will not send us the contract)".
